FIIG News Archive

Welcome to the homepage of the Functional Imaging and Instrumentation Group of the University of Pisa, Italy. We are both part of the Department of Physics and affiliated to INFN (Istituto Nazionale di Fisica Nucleare). As our name might suggest, our research is concerned with the development and application of technologies specifically for the fields of medical imaging, be that PET, CT or MRI. Details of our many ongoing projects can be found in the Research section. There are often opportunities available for post doctoral research positions and PhD studentships, particularly for foreigners. If your are interested contact the head of group directly, Alberto Del Guerra.
