Capacitance plates forming 2 capacitance bridges to measure differential displacements of test cylinders in the horizontal plane (main sensors). Sensitivity depends on good centering Þ peek frame for high vacuum built in 1 piece and then cut to ensure symmetry….; test cylinders measured accurately..
